Fix-it-Fair
Saturday, July 13th | 1–5 PM | Starland Yard
FREE · PRACTICAL · FUN · COMMUNITY EVENT
Join us for a hands-on afternoon of repair, creativity, and sustainability at Lite Foot Foundation and Starland Yard's Fix-It Fair! Instead of throwing things away, bring them to the fair and give them a second life with the help of local experts and volunteers.
We’ll also be collecting gently used items that can't be repaired to redistribute to unhoused community members in need.
Whether you're coming to fix something, learn a skill, or just connect with others who care about sustainability, this event is for you. Repairing is an act of resilience — and we’re making it fun, social, and accessible for everyone.
We'll be offering free on-site repair and support for:
Jewelry repairs
Plant repotting & rescue
Seamstress services (curtains, cushions, light tailoring)
Clothing patches and minor mending
Leather work
Basic bike repairs
